Hello, gentle reader. I'm writing again (hooray!), and I'm currently working on a story called Five Hundred Years Gone. It's a SessxKags story, and a bit different from other stories I've seen posted. Hope y'all like it. If you like it and want to see something in it or have any criticisms, please post a comment or send me an email at: crescentgray@hotmail.com I can't promise any suggestions will make it into 500, but I'm always willing to listen. Beyond that, I have another KagsxSess story idea, but I'm not sure if it will get written. I have the beginning down (about the first 3-4 chapters), as well as about half of a delicious lemon, but I'm a bit stuck on the direction to go with it after the intro chapters. So, the middle and end are giving me trouble, and the muse is remaining irritatingly silent on the topic. Other news with me - I've become a huge Zutara shipper (ZukoxKatara from Avatar: The Last Airbender). I've written a short one-shot (really just a brief imagining of what was really going on in the final episode), not sure if I will post it or not. If I have any longer story ideas, I will definitely explore them. Zutara is a fairly robust fandom, though, and currently I don't have anything new to add to what's already out there. I'm hoping that changes. Conventions I use: Completely italicized sentences will almost always be thoughts, though I try to be good about tacking on “she mused/he thought” or whatever to be clear. Unfortunately, sometimes the sentence just doesn’t flow as well when I do. If a word in a fully italicized sentence is not italicized, that is for emphasis as well. Anything in parenthesis that is italicized is definitely a thought from the current POV character, but these are generally those random, flitting thoughts that people think but barely register on the consciousness radar. I've found myself relaxing a bit from these conventions, but in general this is what I use.
