I'm absolutely horrid with writing these kinds of things, but here goes nothing... *ahem*
The penname, Mackaela Riley comes from a character that I created for a Supernaturalverse roleplay that I've been doing on Myspace since December of 2006. Since any fanfiction that I will be writing will have to do with her hunts, I figured why not change my usual writing style to write as though I was my character since she is, in fact the product of my imagination. Pretty much, I based Mackaela and anything involving her storylines off of both the Anita Blake series (to a small degree), and the CW series, Supernatural.
Not sure what else to say at the moment, so once I'm feeling better and can come up with more, maybe I'll edit it lol.
