comment "An overall fun read. Kouga and Inuyasha are more or less in character with a few liberties taken. The storyline isn't particularly original but the manner of execution is unique for sure. It's something lighthearted and easy to enjoy."

comment "This story was well done. It explores Inuyasha's grieving process and how that both gets him into trouble and brings him closer to Sesshomaru. Both main characters were kept in character fairly well throughout the story. The initial shift in their relationship is somewhat abrupt. It is not jarring, though, and the subsequent unhurried pacing of the next shift in their relationship generally makes up for it. It is also humorous and at times glaringly realistic. All around good read."

comment "Story has some grammatical, technical, and spelling issues. The plot is somewhat interesting but the base characterizations and explanations overshadow what potential there is. The first few chapters seem fairly promising but the story kind of devolves from there. I was mostly intrigued by the crossover aspect of the story as well as the dynamics of the relationship between the devil twins that was presented."

comment "This story is well done within the scope of its "alternate universe" reality. Still set within the Warring States Era but events happen quite differently than in canon. Somewhat Sesshomaru-centric in that it focuses on his actions and behavior a slight bit more. It takes liberties with Inuyasha's character at the beginning of the story that are somewhat frustrating but are later explained and can be understood. It is generally well developed in terms of characters, plot, and relationships and is a fairly entertaining read."

The action of the story was generally well paced except for the initiation of the sexual relationship between the brothers. It was entirely too abrupt and somewhat surprising. Likable and well-placed/developed OCs. Interactions felt fairly authentic. Unnecessary repetition of certain phrases in parts of the story but overall, fairly enjoyable read."

"Love" connection was established far to quickly and a trauma was thrown in for whatever reason but never dealt with on any level beyond the surface. Overall, however, it was an interesting read and a fair presentation of what a duty-bound-come-devoted Sesshomaru may look like."
