Well, I'm from Chicago, IL. Born and raised on the South Side of the city. I first got my start with writing in the 5th grade at the age of 10, expressing my self through poetry. I've been expressing myself that way ever since. I've also penned a mini-play, an adaptation of one of my poems. I've also worked as a staff writer for a newspaper, movie website and our local anime convention Anime Central.
I've just in recent years added short story writing to my credits as I've only just begun exploring my possibilities in this realm in since 2005. I first tried my hand seriously when I entered National Novel Writing Month (NaNoWriMo).
