I'm a 19 year-old (soon to be 20) college student from Long Island. I major in film and writing and minor in theatre in hopes of one day making a living by combining the three. It sounds impossible, but I'm hard at work at it. However, I've been in love with Harry Potter and all of the characters and stories associates with the series (since seeing the first film back in '01) and I take no greater pleasure than the one I do in writing my own Potter fan fics. So, that's what I'm doing here. Oh... I also love photography. Random but that's the way everything's coming out right now.
I also love soccer (Football in every place aside from my closed-minded little country) and love just sitting back to watch a good film. Aside from the Harry Potter franchise, I enjoy the old French classics (Truffaut, Bergman, Godard etc.), film noir and horror films from everywhere and every time. How could I forget my keen interest in psychology? I've read a lot of books (Jung is my personal favorite) and studied the subject in high school. I'm also planning on pursuing it further, and being a clinical psychologist would be a last resort for me. I believe that in order to write a story that is true to the characters within it, you have to know how a person with their upbringing would react given the circumstances they're under. I'm a little hypochondriac-ish, so I guess that goes along with my obsession with psychology...
