Although I've yet to write a piece of Fanfiction, I do enjoy reading it. I am an original writer, having seven full length novels under my belt. I have tons of stories in the works, but can't seem to find the time to finish them lately. I will say that I was pulled into the "Furry" community ages ago and have been commissioned to write many stories in that genre.
Typically, I enjoy reading anything dark and twisted. The more taboo and edgy, the better. Fantastical worlds draw me in. Labyrinth, Legend, Alice in Wonderland, The Dark Crystal, etc.
When I do find a story that exceeds my expectations, I will write a review relaying my appreciation. I've no problems with congratulating people that keep me entertained.
Perhaps in the near future I'll share my own slice of fanfiction. We shall see.
