A bit about me.
Well I am Irish. I am old enough to remember when NKOTB was New Kids on the Block, Prince was Prince and not a symbol. Jared Lento was Jordan Catalano and not lead singer from thirty seconds to mars and nearly every girl had or tired to have bright red hair and wanted to be Angela.
Mobile Phones didn't really exist and when they did come out you could only call on them and they were like a brick. Famous words in households across Ireland were. "Get off the phone I'm on the internet." :D
But I am not like ancient. I am young enough to really like Thirty Seconds to Mars.
I work in Childcare because I get to play with sand and playdough all day. Okay not really. Most days I love my job and I have to remember those days when I feel like pulling my hair out. My friends (the whole two that I have) call me the female Peter Pan because I refuse to grow up. Being a grown up is not as much fun as it was supposed to be. So don't be in a hurry to grow up. ;D
I have a son, I had him when I was kind of young. I am a single mother but I try my best to be a good mother and a good role model. I also look forward to when he's an adult and starts bringing friends home. Okay I really am kidding there and that is kind of gross. :D
I love music and I love live music, I will go and see almost any band just for the concert athmosphere but I suppose my genre would be rock as in Bon Jovi, Nickelback, Kodaline. I do also like Fall out boy but I no clue what they are. :D
Spelling and grammar are not my forte but I do know the difference between there, their and they're however that's about all I know. Thank Goodness for Spell Check.
I have been writing for as long as I can remember, I write for myself. Maybe one day I will get the courage to post on here but I love reading and sice discovering this site I've discovered I like reading very stange things and I've lead a very sheltered life. :D
