I am a rabid Gundam Wing fan. I also love Final Fantasy VIII; Squall, Heero and Duo in the same room would probably leave me without sanity. Sometimes it takes me a really long time to update my fics - but I will never just stop updating. I'd post some kind of notice about it at the very least.
